Shipping policy

At Dulce Ariel Intimate, we offer shipping through USPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. This will allow them to track their package and estimate the delivery date.

We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by USPS or FedEx. If you experience any problems with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the package.
